So after waiting for a total of 90 minutes my uncle had to take a taxi to go to Golden Nugget Casino. My credit card was charged $88, John asked that I send an email to request a refund. I made several phone calls only to leave a voicemail. Until after 10 days no one has responded with email, phone call or refund!! So they made a passenger wait 90 minutes by lying on the phone.
